Inspired by a traditional and artisanal recipe from my grandmother’s kitchen in the South of France, our Almond Water is the perfect combination of delicate yet tasty flavors that awaken your taste buds.

  • ½ cup of club soda
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup of Almond Water Mint/Licorice
  • 1 tsp of white sugar
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. 
  2. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. 
  3. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. 
  4. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. 
  5. Pour the Almond Water Mint/Licorice over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water. 
  6. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. 
  7. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
